why aren't you spinning?

Today the windmills did not spin.The little one only spun for about five min. in morning.The readings took place at 12:57 p.m.Our class is doing a experiment with the windmills.Today when we were playing baseball someone hit a homerun and almost hit one of the windmills.Our class will be doing lots more with the windmills.
